Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer youa full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Opened or used herbal supplements or medicines
Personal care or hygiene products
Downloadable materials
Gift cards

Medicine items are non-returnable under any circumstances for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Shipping

We offer free delivery, but return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for returns. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time).
Contact your bank for processing time

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at info@atharvaayurvedasolution.com and send the item to our return
address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
